Permanent Permit ($15):This parking permit must be renewed every three years from the date issued. We will mail you a renewal letter for you to sign and return to us with the $15 fee. A doctor’s authorization is NOT required for renewal. Temporary Permit ($15):This parking permit has a valid period of 3 months, 6 months or 1 year from the date of issuance based upon your doctor’s assessment. We will mail you a renewal letter.
