BOWLING
Come on out to BRECHIN LANES and throw some balls around with your friends! Laugh and have some fun! If you haven't bowled before, that's ok, because we are there just for the fun of it. We usually get two games in, and each game is only $3.00 for our members! Get to know others at the Centre as well as sharpen your skills! Give us a call and let us know you are coming! KOB DECORATING PARTY
Come out and help decorate our float for the EMPIRE DAYS PARADE! Get to know the Nanaimo Kids On The Block Troupe and lend a hand (or an eye) with getting our float ready. Frank Gougham is bringing his truck to be decorated and we need all the help we can get! Let's make this fun - free PIZZA and POP. We need all sorts of help, so it doesn't matter if you don't think you can, we need your contribution! Give Tania a call here at the Centre and let her know you are coming so we know how much Pizza to order.

2008 NANAIMO EMPIRE DAYS PARADE
 
Come out to Commercial St and see our NEW Float!! The parade runs the traditional route up Commercial Street, and is sponsored by Nanaimo Lions Club.
Our KOB Truck is entered for awards in different categories, so come and check out the competition, or just watch the parade and see who you recognize walking/rolling beside the truck!

4 pm start - Get the benefit of exercise and fresh air! Come and enjoy the easy trails around Nanaimo. We meet at the Disability Resource Centre and start from there - all levels of activity welcome! Make sure you come prepared for the weather, don't let Mother Nature dissuade you!
